Hey everyone, my name is Joshon Foster I’m from NC. I’ve been interested in buying real estate for a while now. Not sure which exact route I want to take right now whether it’s section 8 or multi-family. Hopefully I can connect with some of you guys in here to find out more information about both and to make my decision on which route I should take.
