Hello all. My name is Roberto. I am contractor in Toledo Ohio. I have been in the business for years but recently made the jump into entrepreneurship. My company’s name is Glass City Rehabs & Restorations. Recently established I am here in hopes of learning as much as possible on the real estate side, as for that’s my long term goal. My aim is to get into fix and flips as well as rentals. The are I grew up in declined severely and I am hoping to do what I can to give back to the community and raise the property values. I plan on starting off on the contractor side. Working with investors and doing the rehab work in order to build up revenue on my own to get into the real goal.
