My name is James Pair. I was born and raised in Washington DC, now married and living with my family 10 minutes outside of DC in the shadow of FedEx Field in PG County Maryland (so I can walk to Redskin games). My only deal in real estate came when we bought our house 7 years ago. I may know an agent or two but that's about it.

Anybody here that knows how this thing works?
