Interest in self storage syndications
I'm interested in investing in self storage as a passive investor. We have invested in mobile home and multi-family syndications, and we want to diversify into a different segment with good cash flow and some growth opportunities. We are accredited investors and real estate brokers, and we are in our 70's, and we live in Maui. Has anyone in this group had success with self storage syndications?
