Hello from Saint Louis, Missouri
Hello, my name is Ben Mudd and we own a fix and flip company named Grace Renovations, LLC. We are south of Saint Louis, Missouri, specifically working in the Jefferson County, Saint Francois County, and Saint Genevieve County markets. Our family owned operation has been in business for over 10 years. We fix and flip houses, wholesale houses, and do residential and commercial remodeling. Our goal is to expand the business strongly in residential wholesaling, and grow the fix and flip part of the business. My wife, son and myself are all full time in the business. We joined Bigger Pockets to learn how to grow revenues and profits through the next several levels of business.
