Microsoft Coming to Racine /Opportunities for Investors
Hello everyone, my name is Dave:
I'm a fairly new investor and as a most recently, I've discovered that Microsoft will be coming to Racine.
My question to everyone in the forum is what kind of opportunities will that provide for real estate Investors in terms of single family homes and multifamily properties.
For example, could this potentially be a cash boom opportunity within the adjacent areas such as Kenosha and Mount Pleasant where one could buy low, sell high within a relatively short amount of time through appreciation, or would the presence of Microsoft increase cash flow in those areas?
