Back after six years
Hey everyone!
I’m thrilled to be back on BiggerPockets after a six-year hiatus! In 2018, my husband and I took the plunge into real estate investing by purchasing our first fourplex with minimal experience. It’s been an incredible journey of self-managing the property—living in one of the units for three years and gradually renovating three out of four as tenants turned over. This hands-on experience helped us develop some DIY skills and boosted our confidence.
In 2020, we bought a single-family home that we’re currently living in and rehabbing. I can’t wait to dive back in with a fresh perspective, connect with like-minded individuals and new opportunities!
