Hello All,

I’ve been hooked on BP for a few months and thought it was finally time for a proper intro J

I’m a newbie from sunny San Diego, planning to make my first purchase within the next few months. I’ve been reading recommended rei books; rich dad poor dad, cash flow quadrant, think and grow rich etc, attended a few reia meeting so far and soaking up as much BP podcast, forums and articles as I can!

I have interest in a few areas of rei; NNN, notes and private lending although these will be down the road, I first plan on building my portfolio purchasing mobile home parks (out of state). For now my real J.O.B. is working for my family’s business. We provide print marketing for residential real estate agents.

A BIG thank you to Josh and Brandon as well as all the member contributors who give so much of their time, this site has been a truly amazing tool! I’ve recommended it to numerous investors I’ve met at the reia meetings and will keep spreading the good word J
