Hi I’m excited to learn more about real estate investing . I’ve been listening to the BP podcast for sometime now and finally decided to go on the website and spend some time here. I’m interested in flipping, rentals and commercial.

Welcome.  I invest in eastern Kern County (mostly near Lake Isabella, Kernville).  We have a real estate investor's meetup group in Bakersfield each month which is a good way to network and meet other investors.
