Hello everyone,

My name is Brian Quigley and I have been a residential mortgage broker for 10 years. I have completed many FHA 203K Rehab purchases and refinances, private money transactions, and want to understand Real Estate more on the other side now. How the wholesale deals get done. Where to find motivated sellers, etc. I am excited to be a part of BiggerPockets and enjoy the bi-monthly podcast very much
