Hi All,

My name is Chad Busby. I've been binge listening to the BP podcast for the last 4 months (I think I've finished most of them by now) and just signed up to Bigger Pockets! I'm a buy and hold investor, small business owner (antique business) and Realtor. Looking forward to digging in deeper on BP and learning as much as my brain can handle, and sharing along the way! I'm most interested in ramping up marketing to get in front of more potential deals, and approaching my RE investing more like a full time business.
