Welcome to the community Kerron! I recommend you start with a turnkey rental just to get your feet wet in the market and the team you work with. I noticed you're interested in Cleveland market, I personally love the market because of its cash flow. You can buy duplexes from $100-$200k range with COC ranging from 10-18%.
