What's going on BP?! I'm excited to be back on this platform!
I started here about 10 years ago as a total NEWB and had NO IDEA what I was doing. Found a mentor on this platform and have gone on to do over 200 houses and at most, 60 houses in one year! Nuts! I've acquired rentals along the way and have tried helping others as well. My expertise is in the fix and flip space and now, I'm heavy into ground-up, new construction of DUPLEXES and Build 2 Rent (B2R). Who's with me? Thanks all!
