Hey everyone,

My name is Daniel Inskeep and I am a 25-year old who is new to real estate investing. I started pre-licensing courses for my broker's license a week ago and have been listening to BP Podcasts ever since discovering them a week ago as well.

Currently in Wicker Park, I am moving to the Evanston area in a few weeks and am hoping to fix and flip around there. Eventually, I'd like to try some buy and holds as well.

I've heard of the meetups from other threads and would love to come out and meet some fellow BPers.

If you haven't already, check out The Book On Flipping Houses

I think it will help a lot since you're planning on Flipping! See you around.

Thanks, Mehran!

I'm getting close to finishing that book, which I've found to be insanely informative. I just finished up FLIP by Rick Villani, as well.
