Newbie in Northern VA
Hi BP! I am a MD transplant living in Leesburg, VA and am at the beginning of my journey into real estate investing. I have a small residential interior design business serving home builders and residential contractors in Northern VA. I came across Bigger Pockets a few months ago and have been learning on my own by listening to podcasts (RE Rookie, On the Market, BP RE Podcast) and reading the various recommended books every chance I get. Not sure yet what strategy makes the most sense for me, but I'm here to continue to learn, grow, and network. If you are a local investor I'd love to connect with you!
