Good morning,

My name is Christian Reyes. I am a graduate admissions counselor for a major NYC university. I am on here because I have always wanted to be a real estate investor but never really understood how to go about it.

I would like to create long term financial stability from real estate investing in the form of multifamily rental properties. I currently have no experience whatsoever in real estate and have rented apartments since I left home.

I came to learn about biggerpockets from searching around on the website for real estate investment advise. I stumbled upon an article that had referenced this site so I figured I'd give it a try.

I look forward to learning about real estate and have planned to take my first real estate class mid April.
