Hello there. New Member but always listening to On the Market (love that podcast). Currently own a STR thats been profitable for almost 3 years now and in the midst of a Live-in Flip. Recently got my Real Estate License and have closed a couple deals there in helping friends buy/sell homes, helps bring in some extra cash. Mid to Longterm goal/plan is fix n flips to get out of my 9-5. I'm fairly handy and have good contractor connections. Look forward to connecting!
