Introduction
Hi everyone. I'm a freelance communications professional and have recently purchased a duplex in Beaverton, OR. I have focused my early efforts on getting to know my property, hiring contractors for maintenance, studying Oregon Landlord/Tenant law (which in Oregon is very tenant favored) and listening to audio books on real estate investing while going about my day. I have my first turnover this coming month and will be managing that whole process. I'm looking forward to connecting with folks on the forum.
