New markets for 1st multi family
Just joined few weeks ago. We are currently preparing my real estate strategy, of course using the Bigger Pockets Strategy book, as a previous business owner in another industry, there’s a lot of good and refreshing information here in this Strategy book. Are next steps is looking at our first market landscape to get our 1st deal for 2025. Exciting time.
