Hi everyone - I'm an investor from Maryland with a small portfolio of 8 properties currently. I don't do any flipping, all of my properties are long term holds and all are being rented. I stick to town homes in Baltimore County and I'm really trying to grow my portfolio of rentals to 50+ units within a few years. I'm looking forward to networking with other investors/landlords.

Welcome Jason. I live in the county but have a small portfolio of rentals in the City. You should set up your Keyword alerts for "Baltimore" as there are many County investors that chime in all the time.

Feel free to send colleague requests so you can get to meet and chat with people on a 1-1 basis.

Which part of the county do you have your houses?

Jeff
