My name is Jayson A, and I’m thrilled to be here as I take my first steps into the world of real estate wholesaling. I’m based out of Lehi, Utah, and have always been fascinated by the potential of real estate to create opportunities and build wealth.

After spending time learning about the industry and what it takes to succeed, I’m ready to dive in and start making deals happen! I know there’s a lot to learn, and I’m eager to absorb as much knowledge as possible.

I’d love to connect with others in the Lehi/Utah County area (or beyond!) who are involved in wholesaling or other real estate ventures. If you have any tips, resources, or advice for someone just starting out, I’d greatly appreciate your insights.

Some specific things I’m working on right now:

• * Identifying motivated sellers and honing my outreach.
• * Learning the ins and outs of structuring win-win deals.
