Hi BP community. I'm a new member from Reston, VA. I've been in the Fitness industry for over 10 years and have always been interested in real estate. Finally decided to take the plunge while keeping my day job (that I really do love and that has given me a lot in life). I feel like I need a new challenge and real estate investing is that challenge! Have already sent my first DM campaign (small-- 250 mailings to absentee owners). I'm interested in wholesaling first....... and eventually investing in buy and hold properties. Can't say enough about this site and the resources available, pretty amazing! Looking forward to networking and learning, learning, learning!
