My husband and I are interested in investing in a property as was suggested by our accountant.  Preferably out of state near Charlotte NC where our daughter lives.  We are open to investing locally however living in Orange County CA, I don't know if that is possible?  The only property we own at the moment is our home in Huntington Beach.  There is so much to learn and I look forward to connecting with this group to learn all I can.
