My name is Ryan and I am a new real estate investor out of Woodstock, Ontario, Canada. I purchased my first buy and hold SF rental property last year and turned the property into a student rental as it was very close to a local College. I plan to continue to invest in southwestern Ontario (London, Woodstock, St. Thomas area).
My goals with BP is to continue to learn everything I can about financing, analyzing deals, obtaining leads, and managing my rentals. I plan to continue to purchase buy & hold properties but would like to invest in multifamily properties to create cash flow. I also hope to continue to grow my network and meet other like minded individuals and mentors to help advance my investing business.
