Newbie in Concord NC
Hi everyone,
My name is Jim Tarbox, I am new to investing, my girlfriend / business partner and I are forming our company in the Concord NC area just north of Charlotte. We are planning to start out doing residential flips and wholesale deals. Eventually we would like to get into some buy/hold rental properties and commercial properties. I am looking forward to networking with like minded people and learning about real estate investing .
