New Investor financing options
Hi BP community I am a fairly new investor. I have two rental properties through the VA loan being military. I want to obtain more properties through other loan products but unsure where to start. I do not have to much cash for a down payment but was thinking of doing a HELOC on one of the rentals to get more cash and go the BRRRR method. What are yall thoughts and what loan products do you suggest with my situation.
