Hi!  I've finally decided to do a new member introduction!  I'm Tamara, a local agent and investor in the NC area!  I've been in real estate for the past 7 years, and I got my start like so many other investors through reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad.  I primarily invest in buy and holds, but I do a little bit of everything including fix and flips, airbnb's, mid-term rentals, and wholesaling. I currently own 10 doors, and always looking for more, when the deal makes sense.  I am the biggest fan of Bigger Pockets, and was so happy to attend BPcon in Cancun last year, and just signed up to attend BPcon in Las Vegas.  I love all things real estate, and thrilled to connect with like-minded individuals.
