New Member Intro (Looking to House Hack)
Hello BP community!
My name is Bryce Miller, and I currently live in the Phoenix valley. Right now, I am renting but have a goal of purchasing a duplex, triplex, or quadplex in the coming months. My plan is to live in one of the units while renting out the others. I am looking to invest in Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, or Mesa and want to learn more about analyzing multifamily deals, understanding PHX market trends, and house hacking in general. I'd love to connect with local investors to hear about their experiences purchasing their first properties and the lessons they learned.
