Excited Newbie From DC Metro Area!
Hi Everyone,
My name is Lori and I am a newbie to real estate investing. I am from the DC metro area and currently live in Southern Maryland with my daughter who is ten. I have done tons of research in the past year and decided to start off my journey in this industry doing wholesale deals with a mindset of eventually going into buy and hoId rentals. I have been completely engulfed in listening to podcasts, watching youtube videos, and browsing forums involving real estate investing. While learning great information, I was surprised to find myself passionate and eager to learn more. Now I am ready to TAKE ACTION! Instead of being a silent lurker, I look forward to actively participating in this forum by networking, learning, and building relationships with other professionals.
