New Upcoming Investor!
Hey everyone! My name is Jessie Baker. I am 20 years old and this year I decided to take my path into the real estate world. I don't know anything much about real estate, nor have the money at the moment. Currently I am taking my real estate courses to achieve my license so I would be able to invest and learn more about real estate. I am also still in school, and I have a part time job. I have saved up some money but my goal is to save up at least 20k in a year before I start looking for options on house hacking in a duplex. Is there any advice for me that I could start doing now to get a head start on my career? What are the goods and bad's on real estate? Where can I start finding seasoned investors and agents to talk to? Is anyone in Georgia (Preferably near Down/Mid Town Atlanta or Cobb County area) avaliable to meet up and talk? I would love to start knowing more!
