New investor. Eager to learn
Hello everyone. My names Mike Florida born and raised. I am a very new investor. I have alot to learn and eager to learn everything i can on this journey. Currently I am setting myself up to obtain my MLO. I know that true real estate investing is not get rich quick. This is going to take years and years of learning and mistakes. I'm hoping I can learn alot here. Just found my first possible investment which i am excited to share in a separate post. I will definitely want and need guidance, im hoping to community will be able to teach me and give me advice and pros and cons on some of these investments. I look forward to chatting with everyone and establishing new contacts and bring you along in my investing journery.
