Hi, my name is Tyran and I have yet to single out a specific strategy yet. But house hacking, short/long term rentals, new build/ mixed use developments and live in flips all have my attention right now. I'm looking forward to connecting, learning and growing with as many ppl as possible. I live in the Nashville area so if anyone knows of a meet up let me know.

There are a ton of meetups here in Nashville, including "Networking For Awesome People!" held every Thursday from 8:30 - 9:30am at the Mill Creek Brewery in Nolensville. Another great one is "Coffee Talk Agent Mastermind" every Tuesday from 9:00 - 11:00am. They are both great events to network and learn!
