Hi I'm new to BP
Hey BP Community, I'm new to investing, but not new to real estate. My dad was a contractor, so I've grown up building houses, remodeling, etc. I owned a rental in 2015 but sold it to make a big move to Florida. I'm making some life changes to set my family up for a better future. I would like to get 1 LTR and 1 fix-n-flip done this year.
