Another day in paradise
My name is Vincent Gonzales. I am currently doing my studies(youtube) in wholesaling. My birthday is one month from now and my goal is to put in the work I need to to quit my 9-5 job by then. Yesterday I went in to the local city clerks office to request a list of properties with code violations. I know it isn't much but it was the first time I actually did something besides watch a video and for me this was very exhilarating. I've since also requested the same list from 5 other cities.
I am looking forward to meeting some of you and hopefully working and learning from you as well. Thank you for your time.
