Hi everyone,
My name is Derek I'm 33. I'm new to investing, just bought my first SFR on auction which I'm pretty excited about. I'm here to learn and meet some people.
I'm looking to hopefully use equity off of this first house to get me into a couple multi's. I'm looking forward to meeting some of you. Also thanks to Josh and Brandon, the site and Podcasts are great i'm learning so much already.
Oh and btw I'm a master plumber in nh and vt and a mechanical contractor. I'm very familiar with most aspects of renovation and new construction so maybe i could be some help to someone in the 802 / 603 area.
