Newbie from Spring Hill, FL
Hello all! I’m very new to RE investing, actually I’ve not even bought a rental yet…but I want too! I live in Spring Hill, FL where I have beautiful weather year round. Been poking around BiggerPockets for some time now, mostly listening to the Podcasts while working my day job. I work remotely from my home for a software development company, so while I’m working I’m also soaking up everything I can through the Podcasts. Current goal is to create enough passive income to work only when I want to.
