Hello BiggerPocket Family! My name is Parker Odoms, and my wife Cynthia and I are new to Real Estate Investing. We are trying to start off Wholesaling, however would be interested in doing some Bird-dogging to gain knowledge for a seasoned Investor in the Richmond area. A mentor would be wonderful also... The name of our Company is CPHomeVestors

Hi @Parker Odoms

@Ned Carey put a post together How to Find a Mentor.

IMHO you should buy

the books by J Scott. Avoid wholesaling mistakes.

And make money on all leads by helping sellers sell on terms (seller financing).

Good luck!
