I just recently closed on my forever home and am turning my original home into a rental property in the area of Berwick, PA. Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Coz and I am a Navy veteran who has been using my VA loan to purchase my two properties and am a beginner in the rental property business. I am in the process of turning my original 1424sqft 3bd/2ba property into a rental property. Any tips, guides, hacks, etc. to help me with my journey would be greatly appreciated! Hoping to turn this property into a cash flowing asset by spring of this year 2025
