Hi everyone! I’ve been following BP on YouTube for several years now and think it’s time to get past analysis paralysis. I’d like to establish a small-medium sized rental portfolio in the near term, and expand to commercial/large scale once I’ve got down the fundamentals. Any and all advice is welcome. I’m primarily hoping to achieve this in small increments initially due to very limited means. Thank you!
