Doing my homework before purchasing first property!
My husband and I are planning to purchase our first property within the next three months. We are specifically looking to invest in a short-term vacation rental in the Destin area. We are seeking advice and information on analyzing properties to insure a sound investment, as well as advice and information on out of state self management.
