Just signed up at BP and just starting!
Hello everyone
I'm Tim and just now getting serious about going into real estate as an investment. I live and work in the Austin/San Antonio area and am excited to learn from BP and hopefully some local mentors along the way. Right now I'm leaning toward single family properties to buy and hold. I want to build a revenue stream that enables retirement sooner rather than later!
