Out of state investment
hey good morning!
I'm an investor and hold a few rental properties in Mississippi. I have family and am familiar with the Rio Grande Valley (especially McAllen). I've been exploring the possibility of investing out of state and wanted to know if anyone here has experience purchasing multifamily properties in McAllen. Do you recommend any good property manager? Any advice would be much appreciated.
