Real estate isn’t just about properties—it’s about freedom, legacy, and impact. I’m here to share, collaborate, and help more investors turn real estate into a powerful wealth-building tool. For those who don’t know me, my journey into real estate wasn’t just about financial gain—it was about transformation. I transitioned from corporate account management into full-time investing in just four months after closing my first deals. Within nine months, I had built enough capital to purchase and tenant my first rental property. 

Since closing my first deals, I’ve completed over 140 transactions, specializing in high-performing rooming houses that generate strong returns while providing much-needed housing solutions. But beyond the numbers, my true passion lies in financial empowerment and community wealth-building. I developed The Community Wealth Framework, a system designed to empower individuals to build personal wealth while strengthening entire communities. Real estate is a tool to break financial barriers, create generational wealth, and uplift overlooked communities.

I’ve been fortunate to help everyday people take action—giving them the knowledge, strategies, and confidence to secure their first investment property and build generational wealth. This isn’t theory. It’s a proven system. My clients don’t just dream about investing—they own real estate, often securing their first deal in under six months.
