Hi, my name is Jerry I am looking to get into REI to better provide for my growing family. My wife and I have a 9 month beautiful baby girl and she is my motivation to grow and provide all I can for her. I am a hemodialysis technician and love my job but hoping to get into an RN Program this Fall '14. What I'm looking for is guidance on how to start and things like what is better to buy foreclosures or not and also how do I know when a house needs too much rehab and isn't worth investing in. I want to purchase single family houses and rent them. Thanks for taking the time to read this and if you have any questions just ask! Any advice is greatly appreciated!
