New Investor - St. Louis, MO
Hello Everyone!
My name is Jacob Ketcherside. I am a 30-year-old aspiring real estate investor from the St. Louis area, although I’ve lived quite a few places on the east coast thanks to my day job. I have a wife and our first baby on the way, so you can imagine I have been highly motivated to accumulate knowledge and assets that my future generations can benefit from.
I have been reading about real estate investing for a year now and clearly am just not getting where to start. I can’t decipher how to break into this thing from all the content that is online. I’ve always learned best from a mentor, or peer group, like most of us I suppose. So I am curious, is there an active group of real estate investors that meets regularly in greater St. Louis?
