Hello,

My name is Kevin Nee from Media PA.  My wife, Jessica Anderson, and I are new to the real estate investment arena.  We currently rent a 3BR 2 1/2BA home that was our prior primary residence.  We both are currently employed full time but are looking to set up income streams from rental properties for our retirement.  

We are primarily interested in single family homes in the Delaware County, PA.  Any recommendations and tips are most welcome!
