Introduction to me...

Hi I'm Kevin and I have no experience with this.  I have watched videos from Flip With Rick and some about tax lien sales.  That's about it.  I live in Arkansas and want to get started in real estate somehow.

@Kevin Byrne you'll need to figure out which optoin to target:

1) Wholesaling

2) Fix & Flip

3) Buy & Hold: rentals

Each has postives & challenges and require different skill sets.

Do NOT recommend trying to do all of them when you start!

Focus on one and learn it well.
