Hello, I am Ezra, currently Western MA based but moving to Western NC in a few months.

I've done a few deals that were combo investments of "house hacking" (I lived rent free, managed a property, and my parents [who's investment it was] made a few good deals in appreciation/cashflow at the same time).

I've been following the Bigger Pockets podcasts for a few years now.  Ready to invest.

The market I am moving to is too pricy for me to invest in; however, I'm looking into investing in markets such as Chattanooga TN, or Columbia SC (both are short drives).

Curious if anyone has any thoughts on these markets, or can point me to good data sets as well.

Open to any and all feedback and happy to be part of this community.
