Hello everyone,

My name is Dan and my wife and I own several properties and are just overall looking to grow our business with real estate deals and real estate services.  I'm a CFO by trade and trying to not only leverage my accounting knowledge but also try to make real estate investing our go to income stream.  Absolutely stoked to talk with everyone about what worked and what hasn't for y'all and hopefully provide insight to help those that come after me.  Nice to meet everyone!
