Hey everyone! I'm Darren Council, and I’m excited to be a part of the BiggerPockets community. My wife and I started renting out our house back in 2014, and we’ve been actively investing since 2021. While my focus has been on single-family homes, I’m definitely interested in expanding into multi-family properties as well.

What motivates me most in this journey is creating passive income and building a legacy for my kids. However, I’ve found that knowledge and connecting with the right people have been my biggest challenges so far. That’s why I’m here – to connect with like-minded people in my area and learn from those who’ve been in the game longer than I have.
